Carol has loved singing from an early age, but began writing music in her 20s after learning to play guitar. Her songs are shaped by real-life experiences and honest emotion, often reflecting themes of struggle, faith, and hope. Alongside primarily writing her own material, she has also collaborated with others on selected songs, such as White Roses which was written with Anne Marthe Medd.
Rooted in folk-inspired music with a Christian foundation, and pop influence, her sound is created to connect with people from all walks of life. It carries an uplifting tone, offering strength, comfort, and encouragement through simple, heartfelt songwriting.
For the past 17 years, Carol has shared her music in smaller settings across different countries and community spaces, quietly building meaningful connections with listeners.
After carrying a long-held dream of recording and releasing her own songs, these first two singles mark the beginning of that journey. The hope is that the music resonates personally and brings light into everyday life.
